  • If you are ready for My Culture, I am hoping you have taken advantage of the 50% discount attached to My Leadership.

Here you leave your comfort zone and journey to the other’s point of view. The blind spots in this program have saved marriages and companies when leveraged with awareness.

  • MY CULTURE

    1. Paradox. We believe our way of valuing people is simply how valuing works. It is one of two. We treat others the way we want to be treated and cannot understand why it keeps failing. It fails because the other person does not want to be treated that way.

    2. Vulnerability. Some of us live for connection and read every closed door as rejection. Some of us live in the clarity of isolation and read every open one as intrusion. Neither is wrong. But when the moment calls for the other side, we do not have a vehicle, so we stand at the gap and call the other person the problem.

    3. Imperfection. Some of us stand on evaluation, where being measured is how we know we are real. Some of us stand on safety, where being unmeasured is how we stay whole. Both work at home. But admitting imperfection is the only road between them, and most of us reach for anger instead, because anger is easier to find than the flaw it defends.

    4. Delight. Some of us run on recognition that is earned, and some of us run on creativity that is free. Each side finds the other suspicious. It takes play to visit across that line, and somewhere along the way play started feeling childish. The embarrassment we avoid is the toll we refuse to pay.

    5. Grounding. Some of us are steadied by competition, the welcome test that proves us. Some of us are steadied by stability, the ground that does not need proving. When the other kind walks in, our footing walks out, unless being okay with ourselves is settled enough that otherness stops registering as a threat.

  • MY CULTURE — The Program

All of our programs operate within a metaphor. This is part of the initial activation methodology. My Culture uses a driving metaphor, where we will begin at your home-mindset and end with a leveraged awareness of the conflicts you create in the cultures that matter most. Every person operates from one of two mindsets, but which one is home, and how you travel to the other, is yours alone, built biographically through repetition.

Five sessions help you take five liabilities and leverage them into expanded awareness of how you relate.

    · The Paradox: Locate your home-mindset and develop your signature
    · Vulnerability: Access the vehicle that travels between Isolation and Connection
    · Imperfection: Access the vehicle that travels between Evaluation and Safety
    · Delight: Access the vehicle that travels between Recognition and Creativity
    · Grounding: Access the vehicle that travels between Competition and Stability
