As I said in the introductory video on the self-guided page. I built this version to give talented individuals the chance to realize their potential. My Leadership has a 50% discount, because I want to expand the pool of people who can take advantage of these programs, and it is the easiest and most effective of the blind spots layers to leverage into tangible success.
Perhaps this is intended as a gift for a talented member of your staff, or friend of your family. Or you have decided to invest in yourself. Either way, this was created to give you an advantage as you pursue your ambitions. Good luck!

We all have blind spots; they litter every aspect of life. In My Leadership, we will focus on five critical blind spots in the choices we make as leaders. Each routinely becomes a liability when we have to move into something novel. At the heart of all five is the delusion that we are making calculated choices as leaders, when in fact we are reaching back into our subconscious to pull out a programmed response. Each response waits for the unexpected to crowd our blind spot and cause a collision we never saw coming.
· Blindsided by Goals
· Blindsided by Assessment
· Blindsided by Decision-Making
· Blindsided by Action
· Blindsided by Stress -
All of our programs operate within a metaphor. This is part of the initial activation methodology. My Leadership uses a climbing metaphor, where we will begin at the foot of the wall and end with a leveraged awareness of the blind spots you have in the choices you make as a leader. Every leader moves through the same sequence that makes the leadership kill chain, but what you've stored at each section is yours alone—built biographically through repetition under pressure.
Five sessions help you take five liabilities and leverage them into expanded awareness of how you think.
· Subconscious Goal: Recognize your instinctive pattern when you step up to lead
· Subconscious Assessment: Understand the biases that shape your judgment
· Subconscious Decision: Recognize the environments that improve decision-making
· Subconscious Action: Calibrate your characteristic approach to each situation
· Subconscious Reaction: Increase your intentionality around the impact you unintentionally cause under stress
