  • My life follows My Leadership, and My Culture as the final of the subconscious blind spot programs.

While it is built to be fully engaged as a stand-alone program, it has more value when used in sequence with the other two programs.

Welcome to an exploration of your load bearing blind spots!

  • MY LIFE

    1. Mapping. We built four load-bearing places for our meaning and never looked at the blueprints. We raise monuments to our success while ignoring the places that give that success its meaning. A place we cannot picture is a place we cannot defend.

    2. Identity. When who we are is threatened, we do not respond. We go nuclear. Everyone around us can see the overreaction. We are the only ones who cannot, because from the inside it feels proportional.

    3. Energy. When what we do loses its meaning, everything turns exhausting. We blame the workload, the season, the team. The tank is not empty because we worked too hard. It is empty because the work stopped mattering and we never knew where the mattering came from.

    4. Legacy. When what we hoped to leave behind is threatened, hope itself drains out. It feels like watching the future get repossessed. We call it discouragement. It is grief for something that has not died yet.

    5. Aspiration. We each carry a dream we refuse to say out loud because it sounds selfish. So it sits unguarded. When it is threatened, the dream turns into a nightmare, and we cannot explain to anyone why we are grieving something we never admitted we wanted.

  • MY LIFE — The Program

All of our programs operate within a metaphor. This is part of the initial activation methodology. My Life uses an exploration metaphor, where we will begin by charting your interior map and end with a leveraged awareness of the crises that strike your prioritized places of meaning. Every healthy, successful person has built the same four load-bearing places, but where each one sits, and how you show up there, is yours alone, built biographically through what you have experienced, survived, and chosen.

Five sessions help you take five liabilities and leverage them into expanded awareness of how you find meaning.

    · Mapping My Priorities: Chart the four prioritized places of your interior map
    · Navigating My Identity: Recognize where being someone meaningful lives, and who you are there
    · Navigating My Energy: Recognize where doing something meaningful lives, and who you are there
    · Navigating My Legacy: Recognize where leaving something meaningful lives, and who you are there
    · Navigating My Aspiration: Recognize where dreaming something meaningful lives, and who you are there
