The Commission
Every program runs inside a metaphor; that is part of the activation. The Butterfly Effect uses metamorphosis; the caterpillar dissolved, then it was protected in the cocoon, and now it flies. Imperative Crisis is the flight. A butterfly in the air carries demands the caterpillar never faced. Imperative Crisis is the last of three programs in the Butterfly Effect. You have met who you are and protected who you are; this is owning who you are. It is not optional — that is what makes it an imperative.
Through four sessions, we will own the two imperatives that meaning requires:
Drive: The cost your ambition has charged everyone around you — owned, not repaid.
Purpose/Position: Owning your why, and the freedom to rest in position without losing it.
Each imperative licenses the next: owning the cost makes the why honest, and an honest why earns the freedom to rest. Purpose and Position is the closing bookend — it mirrors the discovery-and-defense oscillation the series opened with, and it is not meant to resolve. It is built to oscillate for the rest of your life.
“I promise never to be modest or nice. Modest is when I lie to you about me, and we both know I am lying. Nice is when I lie to you, about you, and I know I am lying.”
The assumption is that you have already earned enough success to justify this. Each block carries a Profile and a Practice video; you cannot complete the program without them. No shortcuts. No summaries.
By the time you finish, you will own the cost your drive has charged and the purpose you would bet your life on, and the tools to leverage both for meaning. Built through the Just Now process: Activation - Reflection - Integration.
